A Day in My Life Pandemic Questionnaire

The current global COVID-19 pandemic has upended the way the world works. As we move to a post–COVID world, the pandemic has cast a light on the gaps within the current American healthcare system. COVID-19 affects individuals with disabilities, those who are aging, and those with chronic illness at a rate far greater than healthy individuals with no pre-existing conditions. Allies for Independence and its Member groups want to make sure that, going forward, we understand how the lives of these populations and their families have been altered due to the pandemic, and how we can advocate for policies that close those gaps. We appreciate your responses, as they will guide us in advocating for long term services and supports individuals need going forward.
